These Terms of Service govern the use of our online galleries, website, and related services provided by Pintau Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our galleries, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All photographs and videos displayed in our galleries are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Pintau Studio.
Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable license to view, download, and share the delivered content for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commercial use, reproduction, alteration, or redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Gallery Access & Downloads

Gallery access links are provided solely to the client and must not be shared publicly unless explicitly permitted.
We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared or compromised links.

4. Image Quality & Display

Images are optimized for online viewing. Color rendering and sharpness may vary depending on devices, screens, and browsers.

5. Limitation of Liability

We take all reasonable measures to ensure proper storage and delivery of digital files. However, we shall not be held liable for damages resulting from platform outages, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
